JONESBORO, AR – A fourth television broadcast has been added to Arkansas State’s 2015 football schedule with the Pac-12 Networks set to air the Red Wolves’ Sept. 5 game at USC.
The Red Wolves’ 2015 season opener and first ever meeting with USC is set for a 10 p.m. (CT) kickoff at Los Angeles Memorial Stadium. The contest will also mark the Red Wolves’ second all-time game against a current member of the Pac-12. A-State’s only other meeting against a current member of the Pac-12 came in its 2012 season opener at Oregon.
The Pac-12 Networks incorporates one national and six regional television networks, plus extensive digital content accessible through social media, university Web sites and “Pac-12 Now,” its TV Everywhere service. Fans can check with their local cable or satellite TV providers to determine if they offer the Pac-12’s national television network in their area, and more information is available online at Pac-12.com.
Entering the 2015 season, 56 of Arkansas State’s last 65 games have been televised, including the last 28 in a row. The 2014 season saw every A-State football game televised for the second consecutive year. The Red Wolves previous school record for televised games in a season was 10 in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
In addition to its game at USC, Arkansas State has televised contests in 2015 scheduled for Oct. 13 at South Alabama (ESPN2), Oct. 20 versus Louisiana-Lafayette (ESPN2) and Nov. 5 at Appalachian State (ESPNU). The Red Wolves will have additional television opportunities that will be announced as they are finalized.
