DARDANELLE, AR – A Yell County woman hasn’t been seen or heard from in nearly three weeks.

The family of Ali Hunt, 20, says they don’t know where she’s been since May 1st. That has them and authorities deeply concerned.

“I just want her to know that we all love her,” says her grandmother Nancy Perry. “We want her to come home.

Perry is trying to send a message to her granddaughter, who went missing at the beginning of May.

“A 20-year-old missing out there in this world today, it’s not good,” Perry adds.

Her grandmother says she skipped town before a potential run-in with the law on drug charges. After not hearing from her for weeks her family and the Yell County Sheriff’s Office are hoping to find her safe.

“We’re concerned she’ll fall into the wrong hands of the wrong people,” Perry says.

Perry says each night she sits by her phone waiting for a call, “We’re praying every night that we’re just going to find her. She’s gonna come back, she’s going to call.”

But that has not happened yet. Her family says they are worried sick and are hoping she comes home before something worse happens.

“This world is not as safe and nice as we want it to be. Ali has never been out on her own like that before,” Perry says.

A few days after leaving town, her grandmother says Ali called her step-sister and said she may be out of state.

She was last seen driving a 2004 beige Jeep. If you know where she is, you are asked to call the Yell County Sheriff’s Office.
