FAYETTEVILLE, AR – With the kickoff of football season about a month away, the University of Arkansas is gearing up for its annual Razorback Fan Day.

The Aug. 16 event featuring head coach Bret Bielema and the team is taking place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

The event is open to the public and free for fans of all ages. Free parking will also be available in lots 44, 46, 60, 72, 73-A, 74, Stadium Drive Parking Deck and Meadow Street Parking Garage. 

Gates will open at 2 p.m., and fans are asked to enter through Gates 1, 12 and 16. 

Members of the Junior Razorbacks will receive early entry into the stadium beginning at 1:45 p.m. at Gate 15N on the east side of the stadium. Click here to register your child to become a Junior Razorbacks Club member.

Fans in attendance can pick up a commemorative poster and are invited to receive autographs from Coach Bielema and their favorite Razorbacks. In order to expedite the autograph process and accommodate as many fans as possible, please note Coach Bielema and players will autograph one item per person.

Fan Day Schedule
  • 2 p.m. – Gates 1, 12 and 16 open at DWRRS (1:45 p.m. for Junior Razorback Club members)
  • 2-4 p.m. – Coach Bielema and players sign autographs on the field
  • 3-5 p.m. – Arkansas volleyball Red and White scrimmage at Barnhill Arena (Free Admission)
  • 4 p.m. – Fan Day activities conclude
The Golden Boot and 2014 AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl trophies will be on display and available for photographs with fans. Fans will also have the opportunity to meet the Razorback Spirit Squads and Tusk.

A kid zone will feature inflatables plus other activities.

Fans are also invited to join the 2015 Razorback volleyball squad for its annual Red and White scrimmage slated for 3-5 p.m. at Barnhill Arena. Admission is free. 

Hog Heaven, the official team store of Razorback Athletics, will be open inside the stadium on the South Concourse during the event and will have items to purchase such as footballs, mini helmets and hats to be autographed. 

In addition, the Razorback Athletics equipment department will hold a surplus sale in conjunction with fan day activities. Athletics items for sale at discounted prices will include jerseys, sweatshirts, jackets, polos, shorts, shoes, T-shirts, hats and more. All sales will be cash only.

Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the concourse. No outside food or drinks, other than bottled water, will be allowed inside the stadium. 

The Razorbacks open their season at home on Sept. 5 at 2:30 p.m. CT against UTEP on ESPNU.
