LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two men reported missing early this morning have been found safe.
The Arkansas State Police says Elmer and Charles Armstrong were found near Conway, after their car had broken down.
Update (8 a.m.):
LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Silver Alert issued earlier today for two missing elderly brothers has been inactivated.
That’s according to the Arkansas State Police Silver Alert system, which provided no additional details about why the alert was inactivated.

Original story (5 a.m.):
GRANDVIEW, MO – Arkansas State Police have issued a Silver Alert for two missing brothers.
Elmer and Charles Armstrong were last seen in Grandview, Missouri.
Elmer is 86 years old and is about 5’10” tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
Charles is 84 years old and is also 5’10” tall and weighs 210 pounds.
Both were last seen in a tan Chevy Impala with Arkansas License plate 541 OJO with a Korean War veteran plate.
