LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Conway County man has died in a single-vehicle accident.
The Arkansas State Police report identifies the victim as James H. Palmer, 92, of Springfield.
Palmer was driving north near the 300 block of S. Van Buren Street Tuesday around noon when he lost control of his 2003 Chevrolet truck.
Troopers say the vehicle ran off the right side of road, hit a concrete manhole structure and overturned.
