Update (Feb. 4):
CONWAY, AR – Cody Boose and Stephanie Fason, the suspects in yesterday’s shooting that left a sheriff’s deputy injured, have been hit with multiple charges following a narcotics search warrant.
Boose’s bond has been set at $1 million and his next court date is Feb. 17.

Original Story (Feb. 3):
FAULKNER COUNTY, AR – A sheriff’s deputy is recovering from being shot during a narcotics search and a suspect is in custody.
It happened around 6 a.m. today inside an apartment at 1230 Clifton Street.
The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office says its officer, an undercover agent with its drug task force, was treated for a wound to the abdomen and released from the hospital.
The officer was shot as they were entering a home with a narcotics search warrant and were met with gunfire.
The suspects are identified as Cody Boose, 29, and Stephanie Fason, 34. The charges that they face are not yet being released.
The FCSO says no shots were fired by its deputies.
