FAYETTEVILLE, AR (KNWA) – A man who police say robbed an east Fayetteville pharmacy has been arrested after leading police on a chase through town.
According to police, Cornerstone Pharmacy at 1450 Zion Rd. was robbed late Tuesday morning and the man made off with pills.
Officers chased him through a nearby neighborhood and caught up with the man a short time later.
Police say they recovered pills from the scene they believe he may have thrown out of his car during the chase.
Investigators say the man could be connected to another robbery and a recent home invasion.
