GARLAND COUNTY, AR – Authorities need the public’s help in locating one of their most wanted suspects.
Neil Allen Hall, 43, is wanted for failure to appear on a sexual assault charge. The Garland County Sheriff’s Office says he is a habitual offender.
Hall is a white man with green eyes and brown hair with multiple tattoos on his right arm.
His last know address is 4805 Airport Road.
