LITTLE ROCK, AR — The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality has signed off on a plan for garbage.
The goal is to decrease the amount of trash going to landfills.
The group wants curbside recycling bins in all cities with more than 5,000 people. It also plans to have bulky item collection for every city and community.
