NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR — Students at a North Little Rock school bus stop were in tears after a parent threatens to kill them.

It happened Friday morning on the corner of Nineteenth and Schaer Street.

Parents said the mother of another student threatened the students on the bus bound for Indian Hills Elementary School.

Eyewitnesses said the mother told the students her son had been bullied.

Police arrived to the scene after getting called from parents.

“There are better ways to handle things. You can call the school. You can call the school board. You can even talk to the bus driver, but being an adult that is really not a mature way to handle the way your child is being bullied,” said Anna Bass, a parent who witnessed the threats.

North Little Rock police say they will be investigating this because it does involve threats.

District leaders said they are aware of the matter and will talk with other possible witnesses.
