NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR — Prayers uplifted on behalf of an Arkansas Forestry Commission pilot, whose plane went missing Friday.

Jake Harrell is a member of the First Assembly of God in North Little Rock.

His mother and wife make up some of the members of the staff at the church.

Pastor Rod Loy said they’re holding prayer meetings for Harrell, and they’re constantly being updated by the Forestry Commission.

Loy said they’re praying for a miracle.  Crews lost communication with Harrell on Friday.  Massive search efforts have begun to find him.

“The most important thing we do is pray and to love and support the family that are our dear friends,” said Pastor Rod Loy.

Harrell has a two-year-old son.
