HOT SPRINGS, AR — The man accused of driving his truck into a house, killing an 87-year-old woman in August has been formally charged.
Warrants were issued this week for 20-year-old Nicholas Roe, who is charged with negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated (DWI).
The incident happened around 2 a.m. on Aug. 20.
Family members say Mary Dukes was killed when the truck Roe was driving crashed through the wall and landed on her while she was asleep in her bed.
