PULASKI COUNTY, AR – A man accused of running over and killing a 14-year-old boy plead not guilty Monday morning.
According to reports, 58-year-old Michael Sadler plead not guilty to first degree murder in the death of Michael Stanley Jr. in May 2012. Sadler has a pre-trial hearing on August 27th and a trial date set for October 3rd.
Sadler is accused of running over Stanley with his van after the teen stole his wallet and took off on his bike, according to a police report. Stanley later died at the hospital.
