Tyler joined the station in August 2017. He is an Arkansas native, grew up in Sherwood and graduated from Sylvan Hills High School (Go Bears!).
He graduated with a Journalism degree from Oklahoma State University, and then began his journey in television news.
Tyler has worked at various Nexstar stations in Texas and Arkansas over the past five years as a reporter, anchor and news director.
He met his wife, Rebecca Jeffrey, while they were both working at KNWA in Northwest Arkansas. Tyler and Rebecca married in April 2016. Rebecca also joined the station in August 2017.
Tyler is a big fan of his Cowboys (OKState) and the Arkansas Razorbacks. He loves music, working out and meeting new people.
