CALICO ROCK, AR — An elderly man died in a single vehicle accident in Izard County Friday.
83-year-old Earl Lee Killian of Calico Rock died in the accident.
The accident happened on Highway 223, about half a mile south of Highway 177.
According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, the car Killian was driving left the road and struck a rock embankment.
The investigation is continuing.
