WHITE COUNTY, AR – A Judsonia man is dead after being shot during a domestic disturbance.
It happened Wednesday outside a home on Capps Rd., according to the White County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO).
That’s where deputies say Willis Terry, 52, died during a physical assault on his 40-year-old estranged wife and her 18-year-old son.
The WCSO says the woman had a valid order of protection against Terry.
An arrest has not yet been made in the incident as detectives conduct a full investigation.
Upon completion of the investigation, the incident will be reviewed with the prosecuting attorney’s office to determine if any charges will be filed.
