PINE BLUFF, AR – A man has been arrested for a murder that occurred in Pine Bluff.
Jermaine Markist Bailey, 22, was developed as a suspect in the murder of Kevin Lampkin who died July 25.
Shortly after suspect’s information was released to law enforcement agencies across the state, Bailey was arrested at a traffic stop in Little Rock by LRPD Wednesday.
