LITTLE ROCK, AR – One man is dead and another injured after and early morning one car crash. Arkansas State Police say the accident happened early Saturday morning, just before 12:30am.
24 year old Jose Morales Nicolas of Little Rock died when the 1992 Honda Accord he was driving left the southbound side of Interstate 430 and struck a tree. 28 year old Marco Morales-Ruiz of Little Rock, a passenger in the vehicle, was also hurt in the crash but the extent of his injuries or his condition are not yet available.
Arkansas State Police reports indicate neither man was wearing a seat belt and both were ejected from the car as it overturned.
