EARCY, AR – A man armed with a knife has robbed a Walgreens store in the center of the city.
Officers were called to the business located at Race St. and Main St. around 2:15 Monday morning.
A store clerk told them the suspect came in and demanded money but he was refused until he pulled out a knife.
Police describe the suspect as a black man who was wearing a light colored hoodie. He also had on dark colored pants, a black shirt, black tennis shoes with white around the bottom, white socks on his hands, and a black mask with a gold colored “robot looking face.”
The suspect ran away from the scene and headed northwest of the business.
