NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR – The North Little Rock Police Department has released the name and photo of a suspect in the city’s latest homicide.
Samuel Marquis Douglas, 18, is wanted for his alleged involvement in the Monday night shooting death of Xavier Woods, 20.
Douglas is 5’9″ tall and weighs about 160 pounds. Police say he has a number of tattoos, described as follows:
Douglas faces charges of capital murder and possession of a firearm.
Woods was found shot to death outside an Exxon station on Camp Robinson Road.

- RIL on right hand
- Tator on left forearm
- Lil Mike on left forearm
- Two small tear drops under right eye
