HOT SPRINGS, AR — A woman is dead after a pedestrian accident, and authorities are looking for the person responsible.
36-year-old Jennifer Willett was struck and killed on Highway 270 near the Henning Road intersection early Thursday morning.
According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, Willett was walking on the shoulder when a vehicle struck her then drove away.
