HOT SPRINGS, AR – Hot Springs Police have made additional arrests associated with the murder investigation of James Michael Hawk-Holmes on November 8.
Detectives with the Hot Springs Police Department along with members of the Departments S.W.A.T. Team and K-9 Unit, performed two search warrants at a home on Drexel shortly after 6 Wednesday morning.
Police arrested 18-year-old Joe Dickerson III, 21-year-old Alexis Henson, and 42-year-old Catrice Counts all of Hot Springs.
According to police Henson and Counts are each charged with one count of Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution. Their bond have been set at $25,000 each.
Catrice Counts was also charged with Theft by Receiving a firearm and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person, after a stolen 9mm handgun was located during the execution of the warrant. An additional bond of $5,000 has been added.
Joe Dickerson III, who was previously charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution in this case, was arrested on new warrants alleging his involvement with the triple shooting that occurred in Hot Springs on October 22.
Dickerson is now charged with 3 counts of Criminal Attempt at Capital Murder and one count of Aggravated Robbery and is being held without bond.
Dickerson’s alleged accomplice, Theodis Lee Gordon Jr. has already been arrested in this case and is still being held at the Garland County Detention Center on a $1 million bond.
