Update (May 1):
LITTLE ROCK, AR – A local man wanted in a Wednesday afternoon shooting death on the city’s east side has surrendered to police.

The Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) said via email early Friday afternoon that Kevious Foster, 22, had come to LRPD offices with an attorney and turned himself in.

He faces charges for the death of LaDarrious Galbruth, 25, of Little Rock and the wounding of two other people.

LITTLE ROCK, AR – A suspect has been named in the Wednesday afternoon shooting on E. Capitol that left one person dead. 

Kevious (KeKe) Montrell Foster, 22, is wanted for first degree murder and battery after one man was killed and two other victims received non-life threatening injuries. 

At 12:46 the next morning (Thursday), police say Foster went to his mother’s house on Pinewood, shooting at the home multiple times. No one was injured during the incident.  
Before the shootings, Foster was banned from Buffington Towers where he lived with his aunt. 

Police say Foster should be considered armed and dangerous.
