LITTLE ROCK, AR – A second arrest has been made in a weekend robbery and attempted robbery on two store parking lots.

April George, 30, of Little Rock, was picked by officers who responded to a residential burglary alarm on Jones Street shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Inside the home, they found the woman who had been developed as the second suspect in the Sunday afternoon incidents at Park Plaza Mall and the Breckenridge movie theater. 

George was taken into custody and taken to the Major Crimes Division of the Little Rock Police Department. Police say George was advised of her Miranda Rights and responded that she understood and agreed to provide a recorded statement. In the statement, she reportedly admitted to her involvement in the crimes. 

George is facing two counts of Aggravated Robbery, two counts of theft of property, and one count of robbery. She’s also charged with criminal trespass, criminal mishief, possessing the instruments of crime and also a count of failure to appear.

A man found with George this morning, was also charged in the home break-in. He is identified as Aaron Dillard, 33, of Little Rock..
