LITTLE ROCK, AR – Making their 4A debut last season, the Arkansas Baptist Eagles advanced to the first round of the playoffs with their sophomore quarterback Riley Perkins leading the way.
Despite being an underclassman, Perkins threw for 3449 yards and 34 touchdowns in 2012. The Eagles averaged over 300 passing yards per game last year, and Coach Brad Helm says they’re gonna stick with what works in 2013.
Arkansas Baptist kicks off the season at home against the Clinton Yellow Jackets on Thursday, September 5th.
