CONWAY, AR – A Conway electric company says a pigeon is to blame for a brief power outage on the city’s west side this morning.
Crews were called to investigate around 11 o’clock, according to Conway Corporation’s Facebook and Twitter.
The company posted that the problem was with a circuit in its west substation.
Power was restored in less than an hour, the company said.
