Grab a canoe, kayak, or tube for a day of fun, food, and music at White Water Park on the Ouachita River. The 2013 Remmel to Rockport Regatta is on Saturday June 15 at noon.
Tragikly White will perform.
First Step was established in 1958 and offers services to adults and children.
