BRINKLEY, AR — A law enforcement official confirms a report by KAIT that an Arkansas mayor has been charged with DWI after he was arrested early Sunday morning.
A spokesperson for the Brinkley Police Department says Ronnie Conley, 55, was released from jail after posting a $1,750.00 bond.
Conley is the mayor of Cotton Plant.
Brinkley police confirm Conley was arrested around 3:00 a.m. by a trooper with Arkansas State Police.
Conley is expected to be in court on March 7th.
