LITTLE ROCK, AR — (LRSD Press Release) The Superintendent of the Little Rock School District is making an effort to reach out to the public to address issues concerning the status and future of Little Rock Schools.
Superintendent Baker Kurrus launched a weekly column Friday, called “Straight Talk”.
A press release from the district Sunday says the column will be an effort to promote transparency and to speak directly to LRSD stakeholders .
LRSD says this week’s edition includes a “where we are” and “where we need to be” perspective, with an invitation to stakeholders to participate in the support of our students, teachers and schools, and to declare that they are “all in”.
