LITTLE ROCK, AR — Authorities are looking for the person who struck and killed a pedestrian early Saturday morning.

24-year-old Mark Blazer died shortly after 5:00 a.m. on the Interstate 30 East Access Road near Chicot Road.

According to the police report, officers were called to the scene around 5:15 a.m.

Blazer had been taken from the scene by ambulance, but died at the hospital.

Police spoke with two people who found Blazer in the roadway.

A crime scene unit collected evidence, but was not able to identify a type of vehicle.

The investigation is continuing.
