MAUMELLE, AR – Police are looking for a woman in connection with a burglary at a bank.
Officers with the Maumelle Police Department were called to the First Security Bank at 12005 Crystal Hill Road shortly after 6:00 this morning.
That’s where an employee told officers she had arrived at work and found evidence of a break-in.
As police began looking for clues, they discovered an undetermined amount of money was missing.
Police say video surveillance footage shows that the crimes were committed by three black males and there was also an unknown number of people in a white Ford Crown Victoria used during the burglary.
The Little Rock FBI field office is assisting Maumelle Police with the investigation.
Maumelle Police say the Little Rock Police Department is working a similar investigation at a First Security Bank branch on Highway 10 which occurred during the same time frame.
The suspect that Maumelle Police are looking for is identified as Destiny Barns, 18.
