PINE BLUFF, AR – The Pine Bluff Police Department is trying to find a shooting suspect.
Bryan Andrew Louther, 35, faces a battery charge. He’s considered armed and dangerous.
Louther is wanted for an October 30 shooting at 318 E. 21st Ave.
His last known address is 1221 W. 2nd Avenue in Pine Bluff.
Police say Louther was dropped off in the area of 15th and Indiana after the shooting.
