MONTICELLO, AR- a second man is now in custody in a shotgun shooting that left two people injured last week in Drew County.
Jimmy Kincade, Jr. and his brother Jermaine Kincade allegedly fired a shotgun at three Turtle Creek Apartment residents last Thursday, injuring two of the people.
Witnesses say the two fled on foot.
