WHITE HALL, AR – A former White Hall substitute teacher faces numerous felony and misdemeanor charges for acts that allegedly took place with students.
FOX16 has learned that Jefferson County Prosecutor Kyle Hunter charged Marla Sizemore with two counts of first degree sexual assault and one count of second degree sexual assault Tuesday. Sizemore was also charged with providing alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of minors.
Investigators say Sizemore hosted a party for junior high and high school students, had sex with three of them, and provided them with alcohol.
Sizemore is currently out on bond. Her attorney had no comment at this time.
According to reports, Sizemore had a previous misdemeanor conviction of child endangerment after a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputy says he spotted Sizemore’s son riding on the running board of the SUV as she drove. After her conviction a judge required Sizemore to wear an electronic monitoring system.
