LITTLE ROCK, AR – A police officer plead not guilty manslaughter charges Monday morning.
According to reports, Little Rock Police Officer Josh Hastings phoned in a not guilty plea to manslaughter charges through his attorney in Little Rock District Court Monday morning.
The case now will be filed in Pulaski County District Court with the next hearing in the case set for January 10th of 2013.
