AUSTIN, AR – Police arrested a 29-year-old man on for possession after plain clothes police overheard a conversation in a gas station parking lot in Highway 38.
Police say one person asked the other, “Hey, can ya help me out and smoke a hit with me.”
When approached by officers, Timothy Wayne Nesler, Jr. admitted that he had meth, marijuana and paraphernalia in his pocket and that he had an active warrant for non-payment of child support, according to Chief of Police John W. Staley.
Nesler was arrested for possession of control substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on a $2,500 bond.
