All three of the earth movers were left at a job site near the 6000 block of Oak Grove Road in North Little Rock, where Wayne Holden Construction was building a pipeline through the woods.
According to the report, the vandals tried to tear off the cab of the excavator using the other one. The bulldozer, with its blade raised, was used to ram the excavator. The sheriff’s office estimates the vandals caused $160,000 worth of damage.
