HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – A warrant roundup in the Hot Springs area has led to 25 arrests.

On Tuesday afternoon, the Garland County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) briefed the media on the Monday operation in which multiple law enforcement agencies participated.

A news release states that the 18th Judicial District East Drug Task Force, under the direction of Prosecuting Attorney, Michelle Lawrence, coordinated the event with the following agencies: The GCSO, Hot Springs Police Department, Arkansas Community Corrections Special Response Team, Arkansas State Police, Homeland Security Investigations, United States Marshals Service, Diplomatic Security Service, Hot Springs Police Department Special Investigations Division, Garland County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Special Operations Unit, and the Garland County Detention Center.

Items recovered during the arrests include drug paraphernalia, 66 grams of methamphetamine, 39 grams of marijuana, one shotgun, one “sawed off” shotgun and one “defaced” handgun.

The 25 individuals and their charges are as follows:

  • Jalontae L. Blevins – Residential Burglary, Terroristic Threatening & Criminal Mischief    
  • Michael D. Collins Jr. – Simultaneous Possession of Drugs & Firearms, Possession of a Schedule VI with the Purpose to Deliver, Possession of a Defaced Firearm, Residential Burglary, and Terroristic Threatening
  • Carmen Koloc – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Amanda Reed – Identity Theft
  • Latori Sanders – Forgery 2nd, Theft by Receiving
  • Antown L. Burns – Violation of Terms of Probation
  • Jason Lyon – Delivery of Methamphetamine
  • Timothy Ray Burton, Sr. – Possession of a Counterfeit Substance and Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons 
  • Jake Conway – Delivery of Methamphetamine (2 counts); Fraudulent Use of a Communications Device (2 counts); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts); Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property and Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with the Purpose to Deliver 
  • Matthew L. Cannon – Delivery of Methamphetamine
  • Krystal Fulton – Theft by Receiving 
  • Kaitlynn Marie McIntosh – Forgery 2nd and Obtaining Controlled Substance by Fraud
  • Devin W Westin – Violation of Terms of Probation or Parole; Residential Burglary 
  • Freeman Loy – Violation of Terms of Probation or Parole
  • Michelle Young – Theft of Property
  • Vincent Sanders – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver; Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Endangering the Welfare of Minor and Possession of a Defaced Firearm
