3 Women Arrested for Car Thefts, Stolen Vehicles Found at Fayetteville Apartment

Update (April 30):
BENTONVILLE, AR — Three women have been arrested in the investigation of car thefts from area automotive lots.

The Springdale Police Department identifies the suspects as:
  • Lacy Black, 27
  • Tiana Wilson, 26
  • Darreon Jordan, 22
According to police, employees at Landers in Bentonville recognized the three women from descriptions on the news Wednesday night. The employees contacted the Bentonville Police Department, who took them into custody. 

Soon after, detectives found all three stolen cars at an apartment complex in Fayetteville.

The women face charges of Motor Vehicle Theft and Accessory to Motor Vehicle Theft.

SPRINGDALE, AR (KNWA) – Police are looking for three women who they say have stolen three cars from local car lots by distracting the salesperson and getting the keys. 

Police say the suspects have been going to car lots and asking a salesperson if they can test drive a vehicle. They get the keys, distract the salesperson and steal the car. Officer Derek Hudson says this has happened at two different locations in Springdale.

A 2012 white Dodge Challenge and a 2009 gray Dodge Ram 4 door pickup were stolen on April 25 from one car lot. On April 29, a 2008 gray Chevy Trailblazer was stolen from another car lot.

The women arrived at both locations driving a mid-2000’s Gold or cream colored Chrysler 300 with a sunroof, possibly with a Missouri tag. The vehicle is described as having nice rims, and peeling paint.

Description of women:
  • Suspect 1 & 2: Black, in their 30’s, about 6’0″ tall, 200 pounds, hair in a pony-tail.
  • Suspect 3: White, in her 30’s, skinny build, about 5’10” tall, with dark blonde or brown hair.
