LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Attorney General Eric Holder is visiting Arkansas to talk about the Justice Department’s efforts to combat human trafficking.

Holder planned to speak at the Statehouse Convention Center on Tuesday night as part of the Frank and Kula Kumpuris Distinguished Lecture Series. The series is sponsored by the Clinton Foundation, the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and AT&T.

A United Nations official on Monday said that as many as 2.4 million people may be victims of human trafficking worldwide at any given time.

Past speakers in the Kumpuris lecture series have included Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and former President Bill Clinton.
