YELL COUNTY, AR — A man accused of conning elderly people across multiple counties is back in Arkansas.
The Yell County Sheriff’s Office extradited Paul Woodall, 47, from Illinois on Friday.
Woodall faces multiple felony theft charges.
Victims accuse Woodall of promising to sell or repair equipment but failing to return with the money or items.
Investigators believe there were multiple victims across Yell, Scott, Montgomery and Garland counties.
