LITTLE ROCK, AR  —  Music, enticing aromas and the promise of family fun has drawn more than 3,000 people to downtown Little Rock for the first two Arkansas Cornbread Festivals. This year’s promises to be bigger and better.

Cornbread and side dish entries are judged by everyone attending the festival as well as a panel of celebrity judges. Along South Main, vendors display and sell Arkansas art, handmade crafts, clothes, jewelry, home furnishings, locally produced food and gifts of all sorts.

Live music and a lively kids’ play area, plus other fun activities, round out the day. And we might even have some surprises in store.
