LITTLE ROCK, AR – (News release) A Veteran Town Hall meeting will be held Monday, March 30, 2015 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the VFW Post 2259 located at 1855 Old Morrilton Highway in Conway.
Representatives from the Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA) and the Little Rock VA Regional Office (VARO), or Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA), will be present. Congressional delegates are also invited. The Town Hall meeting is an opportunity for Veterans to hear the latest updates related to the VHA, VBA, and express concerns or ask questions.
“We are hosting Town Hall Meetings to provide listening sessions to better serve Veterans and their families,” said Lisa Breun, Little Rock VARO Director.
Dr. Margie Scott, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) Interim Medical Center Director, indicated that “CAVHS will continue to work with our stakeholders to provide the best care possible to those that have earned the title of Veteran.”
