LITTLE ROCK, AR — Back to school shopping can set parents back hundreds of dollars and hours of time.

But at Pulaski County Special School District there’s some help available.

Pre-ordered school supply packs take all the work out of searching for a long list of items.

PTA parents buy the supplies in bulk and organize everything by grade.

Principal Jackie Smith, with Baker Elementary School, said, “I think it saves money and also the convenience to the parents and just the fact that you know it’s there when the child gets to their classroom.”

The boxes will be handed out during Friday’s open houses at PCSSD schools.

If you still need assistance with your child’s supplies, you can call the PCSSD District Office at (501)234-2000.
