LITTLE ROCK, AR — A ballot title proposal to ban the prohibition of cannabis has been rejected.
According to the opinion issued by Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel on Tuesday evening, the proposal was rejected due to ambiguities in the text of the measure.
The proposal, which has been rejected before, was submitted by a retired Lieutenant Colonel, who may rewrite it and submit it again.
