BAXTER COUNTY, AR – Larry David Johnson, 62, of Mountain Home was arrested by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office on rape charges following an investigation into a complaint that was made early Wednesday.
According to a report Johnson admitted that he had engaged in sexual contact with a 19-year-old woman multiple times who has been clinically diagnosed as having a learning capacity of a 7 to 10-year-old child.
Johnson is being held at the Detention Center on a $100,00 bond for six counts of Rape – Class Y Felonies.
He will appear before the Circuit Court on Thursday (July 9th).
