ELM SPRINGS, AR (KNWA) – Arkansas State Police are investigating the driver of a vehicle that took off during an attempted traffic stop and led police on a high speed chase that ended in a crash in Benton County.
The pursuit began after the individual drove away and headed west down Highway 412.
The chase took them back into Springdale, then into the city of Elm Springs.
That’s where the vehicle being chased by state troopers then collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Highway 112 and South Elm Street.
No injuries were reported.
