LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has announced two more big wins for players in scratchoff games.
Moises Ochoa of Green Forest has won $100,000 with a $5 Win it All game ticket. He bought the ticket at the T/A One Stop in Green Forest.
Meanwhile, Crystal Brown of Pine Bluff has won $75,000 with a $3 Bejeweled game ticket. She bought the ticket at the Murphy USA in Pine Bluff.
Ochoa (pictured in the blue shirt with friends Benito and Luis) told lottery officials he plans to pay a few bills and save the rest.
Brown, pictured with her husband Rickey, says they plan to TCB (Take Care of Business).
