LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — One District. One Book. It’s an effort by Little Rock schools to unite all 30 elementary schools in the district and promote financial literacy.
That’s why they purchased 13,000 copies of “Cleo Edison Oliver Playground Millionaire” for each student in kindergarten through 5th grade.

Apart from being fun, the book’s story teaches marketing skills and how to start your own business.
The Clinton Presidential Center will host a celebration in a on May 29 for all students reading the book.
Our own Kevin Kelly was asked by the school district to be one the celebrity readers for their online version of the book.
He read a portion of chapter 5 that deals with bullying, specifically name calling.
