LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Cabot man has won $100,000 with a scratchoff ticket.
Waylon Spivey bought the $5 “Money Matters” Arkansas Scholarship Lottery game ticket at the Express Mart in Jacksonville.
He told lottery officials that the prize is going into his savings account.
